concerned about my leeks

i set my leek seed two weeks ago but there’s no sign of life the seed where left over from last year  could it be that there pelleted seed that may be taking longer to germinate but taking no chances

so Ive decided to get some fresh seed just in case the seed fails trying  varieties called Stamford zermatt and winter Giant 3

Are they planted inside or out, if outside I would say the night temperatures are too low for the seed to germinate.

Ideal temp. for Leek and Onion germination is 25 degrees C.

agree, temperature has been a bit low, mine took over 2 weeks to germinate and have grown v.slowly since
