Guy the Gorilla … For Miriam.

Guy the Gorilla

 For Miriam.

[The Calm before the Storm.]

Yesterday it was sunny and bright.

I took myself off to the Park for a ‘constitutional” ; walked fast; snapped a few shots; slipped over in the mud; was hauled to my feet by a charming young man; missed BB along the way; and came home filthy.

It all looked a bit like this, and was very refreshing.

Can you actually spot the heron for which I slipped and got muddy?

There were two ring-necked parakeets in this tree hole.

I think Guy is watching them from across the way.

Yes, there was tree damage, and I am just glad that they have left some of the logs/trunks pro-tem, and cleared the smaller, unsightly stuff. :good: :good: :rose:

Ah, thanks Gertie, I see Guy is still very much present, including his rear end… and nice to see some of the dinosaur thingies are still in place. It’s a great park, that one….
