    You have to admire they’re determination, I myself am much too squeamish to squish them I just flick them off the leaves then hope the birds in the garden will finish them off for me :confused:

    They always end up on my snake heads,I squash them all but when you see them it’s too late,Look on the underside of the leaves and you will find bunches of red eggs,I squashed all them this year so see if it will get rid of the persistent little #%%*¥ :lol:

    Oh yuk Jane! I know they do untold damage but they are a brilliant shade of red😀

    I don’t have lily beetles but have cardinal beetles – same lovely colour! I’ve taken to using the word ‘frass’ rather than sh*t – I might start a trend ;-)
