One of my lupin plants is growing fine but the flower stems are very short, does anyone know why. All the other lupins are growing and flowering as normal

Sorry about the spelling errors but my new PC spells some words mixed up as shown, up to now I have been unable to find out why this is I have tried numerous searches and enquiries to Google but I have received no answer. This only happens on chrome no problem with MS edge.

I’m no expert on lupins Frank but it could have a virus that has stunted its growth.

I would think the same as Cilla, some form of virus

Thank you both for your suggestions this is what I thought. Last year I had a lupin growing all bent (there is a photo on here somewhere) but that was a different plant, and it is growing fine this year so maybe this one will sort itself out. I shall have to wait and see.
