    Thank you for that Jane. I am surprised there was any wildlife left from those days, so much was slaughtered because of old myths. Very interesting, especially the dipper.

    What a stunning bird the Kingfisher is. I’ve only ever seen a fleeting flash of blue as it moves so quickly across the water. I was however, lucky to spot a Dipper in Scotland! That must make me a little righteous ;-)
