    Thankyou Anne, it’s good to see them out foraging,we are having to feed them also as there reserves of honey will be running low, as the queen will start laying more new bees,so they need pollen, when the weather finally warms up!

    In the churchyard, the first brave violet is peeking out!

    At the end of February, a pair of Collared Doves came to Gertie’s Garden and settled down to rest and eat and look around. In March they still came every day, until one day there was only one, which comes still, as Spring has eventually sprung.

    I wondered that Cilla … oh I do hope so. Thank you, you have given me new hope … which really puts a spring in the step, or in this case the wings of the lone Dove visitor :-) :rose:
